Our Beautiful Villa has a lovely blue pool in a spacious front garden, with lots of flowering shrubs, palm tree and a lemon tree for your gin and tonics. Where you can be sat under the pergola when the sun is shining, doing your barbecuing looking towards the pool area. There is a seating area under the pergola and also a porch area with seating by the entrance door, where you can have your early morning tea or fruit juice.
In the garden area there is a large patio with a table and 6 chairs and a parasol for alfresco eating outside. As the climate in Costa Blanca is generally ideal for most of the year. Our house is next to the comunity pool if you require more exercise, the community pool can be seen from our roof terrace. We are in a quieter area of El Raso, but in very close walking distance to very good restaurants. Stan and Ollies is lovely and we recommend the Sunday lunch. The smaller bars are offering reasonably priced dishes from Spanish, English, Indian foods on site. All the bars have a friendly bar staff and welcome new visitors. We are far enough away to not hear any noise from the bars.
The supermarkets are a short drive away from the villa. A car is essential to drive to the supermarkets and beaches etc. The bars and restaurants on site are only 3 minutes walk away.
Our home is only suitable for families and couples only we politely ask. No Stag or Hen parties sorry, No animals also. Only smoking away from the villa please we politely ask.
We have a roof terrace at the top where you can see the salt lakes of Torrevieja and the sea line at Guardamar Del Segura, the mountains in land as well. We have our pre dinner cocktails on the roof terrace before going out to dinner. The sunset is very special up on the sun terrace and looking over the countryside, seeing the orange trees and the salt lakes.
We have 3 double bedrooms which are nicely furnished and decorated with good wardrobe space. We have a baby travel cot for small infants you must bring baby's sleeping bag or blankets etc. we have 1 child dining chair also.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor with a family bathroom, with bath and shower. Down stairs there is another double bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom with a shower cubicle. Where the washing machine is kept, plus the ironing board and iron, plus the towels for the beach and our private pool to be used by our guests on top the washing machine.
The ground floor inside is all open plan the kitchen area consists of a fridge freezer, dish washer, integrated ceramic hob and oven. A microwave and all crockery and kitchen utentils provided. We have satellite FreeView TV and DVD player. We now have installed wifi which available at 10 euros per week payable to Heidi who meets and greets you.
We are 10 minutes drive in a car to the beaches of Guardamar Del Segura, 30 minutes drive ftom Alicante airport and Murcia airport. Even though we are close to the airports, we never hear the aeroplanes, as we are not on the flight paths. The local weekly market is held every Sunday next to El Raso and can be walked too from the house. A car is essential if you want to explore the area, but there is a bus service from El Raso to Guardamar town if required. We are 20 minutes from Torreveica and 1 hour from Benidorm.
Golf on the Costa Blanca - when coming on holiday to Guardamar, one of the big benefits is the golf. With at least 300 days of sunshine every year, the climate on the Costa Blanca makes it the ideal environment for golf and enjoying the sun and the area. Going up into the mountains is lovely and going through San Miguel you can eventually come to a lovely restaurant in Rebat which is called Restaurant Rebat, who do a lovely 3 course meal and very reasonable. The air is cooler in the mountains and so tranquil.
The long, golden sandy beaches at Guardamar into Torrevieca consistently win the coveted Blue flag awards every year for their cleanliness, safety and facilities etc. The bars on the beaches at Guardamar and Compomar have lovely Spanish bars and its lovely to sample tapa's and paella at these bars with a glass of sangria. You will see all the Spanish families from Grandparents to Grandchildren walking the full length of the beaches keeping fit. You can walk for miles and miles on the golden sand and beach in both directions.
Casa Blue Oasis Villa is great for visiting all year round. You may not be able to go in the pool in
January, February and March, November, December and January. But the weather then is still fabulous and you do enjoy the weather as it not
so intense in these months if you prefer it cooler. The days are sunny, warm and balmy. The evenings are cooler though and you may need a cardigan.
But touring around the Guardamar/Torrevieca area is lovely, visiting new places too visit, fabulous sandy beaches, the golden sands at Guardamar are well known for their sand dunes and superb nature reserve, historical sites in Alicante too in the old town, restaurants to eat are many and varied in the areas mentioned and more to find out about yourselves and explore! Travelling around is easier when the sun is not so hot as it is in August if you like it cooler etc.
Shopping is excellent in Habanaras in Torrevieca for clothes shops like Zara etc, shoe shops, perfume, jewellery tapas bars and sport wear/equipment etc. Also there is a large Carrefour supermarket with all that you need, food, clothes etc.
The newest shopping mail is in La Zenia which is on the road to Murcia, the address is in our information manual as well as all things to do with Casa Blue Blue Oasis Villa and all things of interest we have mentioned.
We look forward to welcoming you to Casa Blue Oasis Villa and welcome any questions you may have.

Absolutely brilliant villa, would recommend to anyone!! and we will definitely be returning. This villa had everything you could ask for. Mairi met us there, she is a real credit to the owners of this villa, such a lovely welcoming lady, she gave us a tour of the villa and told us everything we needed to know, on our arrival we where provided with tea, coffee, wine and everything you could possibly need. The pool in the villa is brilliant, we spent many happy hours in pool. we ate out every evening the bars on site are great, and all very welcoming. We really cannot wait to return. We would recommend car hire so you can get around and see some of the local sites.

We spent 19 nights at this villa while visiting Family and found it to be very comfortable and stylish with ample room for us all.
It is only a short drive to Guadamar and is located in its own little community with cafes and a small shop.
My only constructive critisism would be the lack of internet service and I found the Wi Fi in the local Cafes to be slow but if i was trying to escape my business then it would have been Bliss!!
We enjoyed our whole stay here and were sorry that we had to leave..We would certainly consider staying here again.

We stayed at Casa Blue Oasis for 2 weeks in July 2014 and had a lovely time. The villa is beautiful with everything you could possibly need especially the pool!! Mairi is a delight and so helpful. There were a couple of problems when we arrived but these were sorted quickly by Lynn, Mairi and Jackie and didnt detract from our holiday at all. Unfortunately we had to leave a couple of days early due to a problem at home and we were sad to leave. We enjoyed lots of lazing around the pool with a few trips out the furthest to Cartagena which is beautiful if you require some "proper" culture and well worth the journey! Thank you again Lynn, Stuart, Mairi and Jackie from Jo, Lee and Alex x

A beautiful, well equipped and clean villa. Mairi greeted us on our arrival and she was so lovely and helpful. We had a welcome pack and beech towels are supplied. There are a few restaurants and cafés on the complex and some had wi fi. We had lunch at Rayz bar, which was really nice and Steak on the stone at Hot Stone which was fantastic. We also ate at El Raso the food was nice and the staff were polite. A taxi into Guadamar was €10, and the staff at Rayz bar on the complex called the cab for us and gave us several contacts. I would recommend you hire a car As there is a local supermarket (directions are in your welcome pack) and a few other complexes with shops and restaurants, just ask Mairi and she will be happy to give you directions to them (a couple are on the way to the supermarket) We ate in Guadamar in the steak restaurant and it was lovely. I wouldnt recommend going into Gaudamar for dinner before 8pm as it is very quite and restaurants are not open before 7:30. We loved our holiday and we was sad to leave. We would definitely stay at Casa Blue Oasis again.

Simply couldnt recommend the villa enough. We were there during early February, and even then the weather was brilliant, especially compared to the British weather at the same time of year! What you get for your money is really second to none. The villa was exceptionally clean and we didnt experience one single issue with any of the amenities inside. There are a number of bars and restaurants nearby, of these our favourite was a steakhouse called The Hot Stone. Again, the value for money there was brilliant. The only thing wed do differently next time is perhaps to rent a car as the supermarket is a 10-minute drive away, but there are a number of friendly taxi companies locally who dont charge much to take you there.
The locals we met were friendly, the manager Mairi was very helpful, the villa was impeccable and the weather was wonderful. The 5 stars weve given it above is of no exaggeration. Wed highly recommend it, even in February.

We rented this villa from the 3rd of August for 2 weeks, as it was in an area that we knew well! We were a large family group with 3 children ages ranging from 3years to 10 years, parents and me (grandma)! There was adequate sleeping arrangements for all of us 7 in total. The villa was excellent with all furnishings in excellent condition and it was one of the cleanest villas I have ever rented. Mairi who looks after the villa for the owners was welcoming and informative and very helpful when we had to leave a couple of days early due to family illness in the UK. . The welcome pack was a surprise but very welcome after the long drive from the UK. The facilities were excellent although we have suggested that a couple more sun loungers would be useful. Niggly problems with the water pressure and water heater were soon sorted out by Mairi and the electrician was polite and helpful. The pool was regularly cleaned and the pool man was unobtrusive and made arrangements with us. I agree with other reviews that a car is essential as the supermarket is some distance away although the small supermarket on site has adequate supplies of basics such as bread and milk. The BBQ and the area was excellent and we used it most days, al fresco dinning is what holidays in Spain is all about! There are also bars and restaurants on site with reasonable price menus if you wish to eat out, I would highly recommend this villa, the owner is contactable and is available to answer is any queries you may have. I am looking forward to visiting this villa again in the future,

We had a wonderful weeks stay in the Casa Blue Oasis Villa. It is a beautiful villa with everything you need to make your holiday relaxing and enjoyable. Excellent condition, extremely clean and very nicely decorated. Lynn was a pleasure to deal with when we booked the villa and Marie was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this villa to a couple on their own or for a family. A car is advisable!

I stayed at Casa Blue Oasis Villa for 15 nights in July 2013 and I cannot recommend this villa highly enough if you want a quiet chilled out holiday. The pool is absolutely beautiful, the layout of the outside area is lovely and the villa itself is a quality home from home.
The villa more than met our expectations, the accommodation being roomy and comfortable. It is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding areas, and the local markets provide a good variety of items for sale. Local supermarkets are a short drive away, so a car is a definite must if you want to get around.
I would recommend Casa Blue Oasis Villa.

Where do we start with this fantastic holiday? Well with Mhairi of course! She met us at the villa and was such a fantastic help- and her shortbread wasnt too shabby either (thanks Mhairi!!)
The house was spotlessly clean and very family friendly with modern decor throughout- very trendy rooms!
Our two girls spent all of their time in the pool and us adults did nothing but chill on the loungers watching them- it really was a first for us we just felt so at home and relaxed.
We read all the previous recommendations about Stan and Ollies and took them with a pinch of salt but yep we ate there three nights of a 6 day stay- highly recommended and Sunday dinner was top notch.
The area was nice and quiet when we were there late October (was in the 30s most days) which suited us down to the ground- we had a car for getting around and the drive to Torre was effortless as was the few nights we spent in La Zenia (if you have young kids you have to visit the shopping mall just to hire one of the big furry motorised animals for your young ones- watching all the kids drive past each other on these huge cuddly animals was so surreal and funny!)
And last but not least- owners Lynn and Stuart- it really is the personal touch with these guys they so obviously care about their villa and genuinely want you to enjoy Casa Blue Oasis as much as they do.
We will DEFINITELY be back and strongly recommend you make a booking- but you will need a car to get around!
Many thanks Lynn & Stuart

we booked as a group of 7 people and although we agree the villa is probably only suitable for 6 we still had the time of our lives.
our only sadness is that we cannot rebook as the villa has been downgraded to sleeps 6 now.
we will however return to the costas as we love it
thanks to lynn and morie you have a lovely holiday home

Such as nice Villa! We totally relaxed while we where there and enjoyed the amenities including the private pool. The villa was extremelly clean and well maintained. Although a little off the beaten path, there are quite a few restaurants within walking distance or leas than 10 minute car ride away. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend!

Just returned from a brilliant stay. The Villa and outside areas where immaculate and made the stay very relaxing. Unlike other villas we have stayed in the bedding and towels where all of good quality, the beds comfortable, and the handover arrangements very simple. There is everything you may possibly need in the villa. The local area is well served by a number of bars and restaurants, very friendly and good Wi Fi, and the small mini market good for everyday items. It is also very easy to navigate around the area to explore further a field. We would highly recommend this villa.

We had a lovely time at Casa Blue Oasis. It's centrally located and close to the beach. There is a lovely pool with plenty of parking, and local restaurants aplenty within walking distance of the villa. Another bonus was the lack of insects! Not too many mosquitos or flies to bother us while we were eating alfresco.
The main drawback - we were only there a week. Would have loved to stay another week at least!
See you soon, we hope.

Overall we had a great holiday at this villa. The booking process was easy and the owner, Lynn, was very prompt and helpful with responses to my many questions before we travelled. The key handover process with Heidi was also very good - she was waiting for us when we arrived and she turned up promptly at the agreed time when it was time for us to leave - she was also very pleasant and helpful. We also used Keith's taxis (booked via Heidi), which we would highly recommend.
The villa itself is very pleasant and well equipped. The kitchen area had everything we needed and was larger than expected. The open plan living and dining area was also spacious. The aircon in the main living area and all 3 bedrooms was excellent! All 3 bedrooms are doubles but the downstairs one isn't very spacious at all - the wardrobe had plenty of hangers but was much smaller than the upstairs ones, and drawer and shelf / worktop space was very limited (only one small chest of drawers). We made do with a small case acting as a table in a corner of the room, but it would be helpful to have some corner shelving in this room. I wouldn't recommend the downstairs bedroom for adults who don't 'travel light'. Both bathrooms were well equipped and had good storage space, but the upstairs shower didn't seem to be as powerful as the one downstairs. The outdoor area, as many reviewers have pointed out, is excellent. The table and chairs are a good size and quality, and the pool was great. It was nice to relax on the sun loungers while the kids played in the pool. The BBQ area was nice and the shaded seating area was breezy and cool. The communal pool was also very good, and only a few steps away when we fancied a longer swim! The cleanliness was OK but some aspects could be improved, such as dust/fluff on the ledge where the tile skirting ends.
We would agree with the previous reviewer that there were quite a lot of children at other villas around us when we were there, but it was school holiday season. It also suited us as we had children in our party too, and it added to the holiday atmosphere.
In terms of the amenities on El Raso, we ate at the Patagonia Steak House, The Med, Stan and Ollie's, Rayz Bar (breakfast only) and AJs (breakfast only). All meals were good quality and great value. We also regularly used the mini-market, which had a small selection of most items you might need. We thought that some areas of the commercial centre at El Raso looked quite run down though.
All in all, we would recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.

Nice villa, very well maintained and with lots of little touches that make it feel like a home not a sterile rental - having your own pool is definitely a major plus but the larger community pool is a stone's throw away and good for an early morning longer swim. Very clean, inside and out, with welcome extras like pool towels, cleaning products (loo roll, washing machine and dishwasher tablets etc etc) all supplied. Short walking distance to local bars and restaurants. We followed Lynn's recommendations - drove up into the mountains past San Miguel for lunch at Rebate which was amazing and went to Stan and Ollies twice which is definitely the best local restaurant to good quality food and very good value. No wifi but local bars ( Ruby's and Rayz) both provide. The villa is overlooked on all sides and all of our neighbours had small children who played outside until 11-12 every night so if you are a couple looking for peace and tranquility this may be a bit noisy - didn't stop us having a lovely week in the sunshine! Thanks Lynn
